Alright. I don’t know why it took me so long to roll tot his place, because it’s literally like two doors down from Primitive. But I finally went with the wife and my pnc OJ on a random Saturday.

Man, this place is the LICK. The best NY style pizza in the San Fernando Valley, and dare I say, all of LA. The thin crust, the ill dough, and all the toppings are ridiculous. Then again, so is the price. This place is DUMB expensive, but it’s well worth it to me. A typical slice of pepperoni runs you about 4 bucks, but it’s a pretty big slice, and it’s good till the last bite. Just make sure you eat it while the pizza is as hot as possible, because the crust gets mighty chewy after a while. Me and the wife ordered regular pepperoni slices, while OJ opted for chicken and spinach I believe. The staff is cool, and the atmosphere is no nonsense. You won’t see big screens or a shitload of fluff going on in here, just tables and food. They’ve got other stuff on the menu like pasta, sandwiches and the like, but we were there for the pizza. I’ll probably try their other stuff when I go back though, which would be sometime this week most likely.

Mulberry St pizza is full of win. That’s all you need to know. Oh, and the red cup you see in the pic above? Alcohol. Yes, they turn a blind eye to those types of shenanigans. Either that, or they were too busy making pizza for the 12 cops that were in there.
A whole standard pizza will run you close to 18 or so, with no toppings. Add 3 bucks or so to each topping after that. The pizzas are HUGE though, so roll through with a big appetite.
